La3Ga5SiO14的BAW传播特性
Propagating Characteristics of Bulk Acoustic Waves in La3Ga5SiO14 Crystal
【摘要】 详细推导计算了声体波(BAW)在La3Ga5SiO14 (LGS)晶体中分别沿YZ、XY、XZ面传播的纯切变波,准切变波,准纵波的表达式。绘制了LGS晶体在(100)、(010)、(001)这三个主晶面内声的慢度分布曲线图。计算了声速的最大值并与石英进行比较,结果表明LGS晶体的BAW传播速度一般比石英低1000m/s左右。为该晶体在声体波器件等方面的设计和应用提供了一定的理论指导作用。
【Abstract】 The expressions of bulk acoustic waves(BAW)propagating on YZ,XY and XZ planes of the La3Ga5SiO14(LGS)crystal were deduced in detail.The curves of slowness on(100),(010) and(001)planes of LGS crystal were plotted.The maximum of acoustic velocity of the LGS crystal was also calculated,and the comparison with that of α-SiO2 was made.It appears that,in general,the acoustic velocity of the LGS crystal is about 1000m/s smaller than that of α-SiO2.The results can provide some theoretical guidances for design and application of the LGS crystal in BAW device.
