【摘要】 目的:观察穴位埋线治疗肥胖型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将83例肥胖型高脂血症患者按自愿原则分为2组。治疗组52例,采用穴位埋线(主穴:中脘、水分、天枢、大肠俞、梁丘、公孙)治疗;对照组31例,采用脂必妥口服治疗。观察临床疗效及治疗前后体重、血脂指标的变化。4周为1疗程,共治疗2 疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为73.1%,对照组为77.4%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后血脂各项指标比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后体重各项指标明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线治疗肥胖型高脂血症减肥降脂作用显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acu-point catgue -embedding therapy (ACET) for obesity hyperlipemia (OH). Methods: 83 cases of OH were allocated to 2 groups according to patient’ s desire. The treatment group (52 cases) was treated by ACET, and the control group (31 cases) by oral use of Zhibituo. Body weight and blood - lipids were observed before and after treatment 4 weeks constituted a course of treatment and 2 courses were given.
