养殖滩涂生态系中生物环境敏感因子筛选方法数学模型的建立与实验验证

【摘要】 基于利比希最小因子定律和谢尔福德耐受性定律,提出用于筛选生物生态敏感因子的生态敏感度指数表征体系,可分别用于表征生物对不同环境因子的敏感度、不同生物对同一环境因子的敏感度及多因子协同作用下生物环境敏感度,从而通过确定海水养殖滩涂生态系中仅对目标性危害生物相对敏感的环境因子,来探究有效抑制该目标性危害生物的途径与措施。根据2001年4月至2002年9月间开展的浙江北部沿海养殖滩涂婆罗囊螺与主要经济种类泥螺、彩虹明樱蛤间生态耐受特性研究所获资料,运用所提出的生物生态敏感度指数表征体系,进行婆罗囊螺生态敏感因子及其敏感度指数的定量分析研究,确定了仅抑制浙江北部沿海婆罗囊螺繁殖期生态敏感因子及其有效作用阈值为pH9.5 ̄10.0,并在浙江岱山县仇江门养殖滩涂开展野外区域试验,验证了该方法的可靠性。

【Abstract】 This thesis brings forward a new mode of selecting ecological sensitive factors defined as Ecological Sensitive Degree Exponent (ESDE) on the basis of the law of minimum as well as the law of tolerance. ESDE may be used to show the sensitive degree of a living thing in different environments and the sensitive degree of different living things in the same environment, in addition to the sensitive degree of ecological environment lying on the interfunction of the multi-factors. Also, we have explored the different ways and measures to restrict the target by determing the environmental factors in foreshore aquiculture ecosystem,which are only sensitive to harmful living things relatively.Based on the research ,from April,2001 to September,2002,on the ecological tolerance between Retusa borneensis,Bullacta exarata and Moerella irdescens,applying ESDE brought forward above ,we have made the quantity test on Retusa borneensis′ ecological sensitive factors and their sensitive degree and determined to restrict the ecological sensitive factor of Retusa borneensis during breeding season only in Northern coastal area of Zhejiang .The effective range of pH is 9.5 to 10.0 .And this new method has been proved to be reliable by the test in Retusa borneensis in the open area of foreshore aquiculture ecosystem in Qiujiangmen of Daishan county, Zhejiang province.
