【摘要】 对条石鲷早期发育(从受精卵到初孵仔鱼)的形态特征进行过程观察,描述了各发育时期的形态特征和发育速度。条石鲷的受精卵为圆球形浮性卵,透明,微黄色。在水温23.6～24.8℃,盐度28.5条件下,受精卵约经30h32m in孵出仔鱼。实验记录了从受精卵到出膜后6d的26个发育时期的特征及发育时间,拍摄了26张具有代表性的胚胎和仔鱼图片,胚胎发育可分为20个发育期。初孵仔鱼全长2.01m m(1.92～2.08m m),孵出45h后卵黄囊完全吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oplegnathidae fasciatus is a marine fish ,mainly distributed in China,Japan and Korea. In this experiment the fertilized eggs were hatched in tank indoor and the fry were cultured by normal method.The fertilized eggs is spherical in shape, transparent and buoyant, with a diameter of 0.910 mm (0.870~0.947 mm), containing a large oil granule which is 0.210 mm(0.182~0.238 mm) in diameter.The embryonic development can be divided into 20 stages. The total stage was noted and calculated and the characteristic images were taken using Nikon camera.The characteristics and time of 20 embryonic development stages were noted from the fertilization to the hatching after 5 d.26 photographs,representing the characters of all the development stages and fry,were taken.When the sea water temperature is between 23.6 and 24.8 ℃ and salinity is 28.5,the time-table of major embryonic development stages of Oplegnathidae fasciatus was as follows: blastema forming stage at 32 min post fertilization (pf); four cell stage at 1h 3 min pf;32-cell stage at 2 h 5 min pf; morula at 3 h 15 min;low blastula stage at 6 h 52 min pf; early gastrula stage at 8 h 25 min pf;late gastrula at 14 h 35 min pf; blastopore closing stage at 17 h 15 min pf; tail-bud stage at 19 h 30min pf; heart beating stage at 22h 45min pf; pre-hatching stage at 28 h 20 min pf;hatching stage at 30 h 32 min pf. Total length of newly hatched larva is 2.01 mm(1.92-2.08 mm).Yolk sac was completely absorbed 45 h after hatching.更多还原
