回归正交设计在天然橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料制备中的应用及其SAS实施
Application of Orthogonal Regression Design in Preparation of NR/montmorillonite Clay Nano-composite and Its SAS Program
【摘要】 用二次回归正交设计研究了有机土浓度、分散剂浓度、胶乳浓度和有机土填充量4个因子对天然橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料撕裂强度的影响,获得了最佳的试验工艺参数值和二次回归模型。通过检验,肯定了模型的可靠性和应用的有效性。
【Abstract】 A Quadratic orthogonal regression design was arranged to study the effect of the 4 factors such as concentrations of organic soil, dispersant and rubber latex and amount of organic soil on the tear strength of the natural rubber/ montmorillonite clay nano-composites. Optimal test technological parameters and a quadratic regression model were obtained. This model was tested reliable and effective.
