【摘要】 目的探讨宁泌泰胶囊和前列安栓对难治性慢性前列腺炎的治疗作用。方法对已经长期、多种药物治疗无效的100例难治性慢性前列腺炎病例采取中成药宁泌泰胶囊和前列安栓治疗。并对症状及试验室检查结果进行分析。结果治疗4～6周后症状完全消失,实验室检查正常,随访4周以上无复发38例;症状显著改善,实验室检查大致正常19例;症状有所好转15例;无效,实验室检查仍为异常28例。总有效率达72%。结论采用宁泌泰胶囊和前列安栓治疗难治性慢性前列腺炎,具有局部与全身、内服与外用结合,起到取长补短,增强疗效且副反应小的作用。特别是长期、反复应用抗生素和/或其它方法治疗无效的患者不失为一种有效的、值得尝试的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of ningmitai capsule combined with prostant in the treatment of chronic refractory prostatitis. Methods 100 cases of chronic prostatitis before entered the study group were treated with various traditional Chinese medicine and western drugs and showed no effectives. These patients underwent a combined treatment of ningmitai capsule and prostant for 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms and clinical testing results were observed. Results All cases were treated for 4～6 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks. 38 cases were cured,19 cases were improved significantly, 15 cases were slightly improved, only 28 cases did not response to the therapy. Total effective rate was 72%. Conclusion Ningmitai capsule combined with prostant is a good alternative treatment for chronic refractory prostatitis.更多还原
