【摘要】 目的评价乌体林斯对耐多药肺结核(M DR-PTB)的疗效。方法将102例M DR-PTB患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例采用3VZEPtA/15VZE方案加乌体林斯治疗;对照组50例采用3VZEPtA/15VZE方案治疗。结果疗程结束时,治疗组痰菌阴转率为86.5%,X线胸片病灶吸收率为98.1%,空洞闭合率为81.6%,与对照组相比(P<0.01)。结论乌体林斯能提高痰菌阴转率,促进病灶吸收,提高免疫细胞活性,是一种较好的免疫制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy with utilin"S" on patients with multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-PTB). Methods 102 cases with MDR-PTB were allocated at random to two groups. 52cases (control group) were treated with the regimen of 3VZEPtA/15VZE, while 50cases (treatment group) were treated with the regimen of 3VZEPtA/15VZE plus utilin"S". Result At the end of treatment, the rate of sputum negative conversion in the treatment group was 86.5%; the rate of focus absorption diagnosed by X ray sciagram of chest was 98.1%; and the rate of the cavity closure was 81.6%. There were significant differences between the treatment group and control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Utilin"S" can improve the sputum negative conversion rate, accelerate the foci absorption and improve the vitality of immune cells. Combined treatment of MDR-PTB with 3VZEPtA/15VZE and utilin"S" is better.更多还原
