【摘要】 目的观察前列安栓对精囊炎的疗效。方法采用随机分组方法将69例患者随机分成两组,治疗组36例,采用前列安栓,每天一粒,放置直肠3～4cm,对照组33例,服用百炎净,每天2次,每日2粒,安络血5mg,每天3次。以1个月治疗为一个疗程,观察血精转变性情况及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率88.8%,对照组总有效率63.6%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),对照组18例出现不良反应,治疗组无1例出现不良反应,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论前列安栓治疗精囊炎具有良好的疗效,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of ProstantTM in the tr eatment of seminal vesiculitis. Methods 69 cases of seminal vesiculitis patient s were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=33). In the treatment group, the patients were treated with ProstantTM, one pill per da y, inserted in rectum for 3～4 cm. In the control group, the patients were treat ed with SMZco 2 pills, 2 times per day and adrenosin 5mg, 3 times per day. The f ull course of treatment was 30 days. The condition of hematospermia and side eff ects were observed. Results The total effective rate was 88.8% in the treatment group, and that was 63.6% in the control group. The difference of effective rat e was significant (P<0.05). There was no side effect in the treatment group, but side effects occurred in 8 cases in the control group. The difference of side e ffect was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion ProstantTM is effective for treating seminal vesiculitis and without side effect.更多还原
