【摘要】 目的了解江门市恶性疟病患者的发生及治愈情况,为今后控制和防治恶性疟提供科学依据。方法用回顾性流行病学调查方法对江门市2001～2003年间5例恶性疟病例的发病及防治情况进行分析。结果江门市发现的5例恶性疟均是输入性病例。结论江门市应加强发热病人疟原虫血检,尤其是来自或从恶性疟流行地区回来的发热病人的疟疾监测。对恶性疟病人宜进行早诊断,早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the incidence and treatment condition s of malignant malaria in Jiangmen city and provide scientific basis for the fut ure control of malignant malaria. Methods The mobidity and control conditions o f 5 cases of malignant malaria found during 2001-2003 in Jiangmen city were anal yzed retrospectively by epidemiological methods. Results The 5 cases found in J iangmen were all imported ones. The analysis results showed that the early diagn osis and treatment were important in curing malignant malaria. Conclusion The b lood examination of Plasmodium should be strengthened for fever patients,especia lly for those from or back from the epidemic area of malignant malaria. The pati ents with malignant malaria should receive early diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
