【摘要】 目的探讨纸片法检测大肠菌群的结果判断标准。方法对餐(饮)具消毒效果监测的大肠菌群检测纸片状况进行详细记录,将纸片以无菌状态转入单料乳糖胆盐发酵管中,用发酵法来证实其大肠菌群的阴阳性。结果按GB14934-94判断纸片法大肠菌群的阴阳性,其灵敏度为73.6%,特异度为98.8%;若按作者提出的标准进行判断,其灵敏度为98.2%,特异度为89.8%。结论二者比较灵敏度有显著性差异。消毒剂的残留可能是导致结果判断出偏差的主要原因。建议完善纸片法测大肠菌群的判断标准,以便更准确地反映大肠菌群的真实情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the judgment standard of E.coliform group by slip method. Methods Record the he results about coliforms on tableware by slip method, then put the slips into lactose bile salts broth tubes to confirmation. Results As GB14934 94 claimed, the sensitivity and specificity of the slip method should be 73.6%and 98.8%, respectively, and this study found them to be 98.2%and 89.8%. Conclusion The difference in the sensitivities was significant, which may be caused by residual disinfectant. The difference shows that the judgment standard of E. coliform group by slip method be modified.更多还原
