【摘要】 目的了解癌痛对晚期癌症患者生存质量的不良影响,探讨三阶梯药物疗法是否可提高癌痛患者的生存质量。方法采用数字疼痛分级法(NRS),对200例晚期癌症患者的癌痛程度进行评估;采用癌症病人的生活质量(QOL)评分标准对患者生活质量进行评分调查;对癌痛患者分别给予三阶梯镇痛药物,观察镇痛疗法对改善生存质量的作用。结果200例晚期癌症患者,疼痛的发生率为76.5%,其中轻度疼痛占20.0%,中度疼痛占23.0%,重度疼痛占33.5%,疼痛程度越重,对患者的生存质量的影响越大,而经镇痛治疗后,随着疼痛程度的减轻,生活质量得以提高。结论疼痛是影响生活质量的一个重要因素,有效的镇痛治疗在改善癌痛患者的生存质量方面能发挥重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend the impact of cancer ache on the life quality of late staged cancer patients, and to find if three stepped medicine therapy may improve the life quality of those cancer ached patients. Methods Evaluating pain degrees of 200 late staged cancer patients against Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Investigating life quality of those cancer patients by the score criterion of Quality of Life (QOL). Prescribing three stepped analgesia to cancer ached patients to observe the effect of analgesic therapy. Results The incidence of cancer ache among the 200 late staged cancer patients is 76.5%, of which, mild ache takes 20.0%, moderate ache 23.0%and severe ache 33.5%. The severer the ache, the more significant its influence to patients life quality is. After analgesic therapy, the life quality improves as the pain relieves. Conclusion Ache is an important factor influencing life quality of the cancer ached patients. Effective analgesic therapy may play an important role in improving life quality for them.更多还原
