【摘要】 目的分析云浮市2002年的一起乙脑爆发流行情况,探讨乙脑防治措施。方法采用描述性流行病学调查分析、乙脑疫苗应急接种等方法。结果自2002年5月13日至6月25日止云浮市共发生乙脑病例54例,死亡3例。病例主要分布在罗定市(占74.07%),男女比例为1.7:1,最小发病年龄为11个月,最大年龄13岁,以2-7岁为多见,占70.37%。免疫史不祥及空白的为48例,占88.89%。结论云浮市乙脑流行季节为5-6月份,应急接种乙脑灭活疫苗可达到控制的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective To analyze the prevalent status of an outbreak of encephalitis B in Yunfu City in 2002 and discuss the control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiology and emergent inoculation of encephalitis B vaccine were used in this investigation. Results There 54 encephalitis B cases occurred in Yunfu City wit h 3 deaths. Most of the cases were distributed in Luoding City ( 74.07%) and the ratio of males to females was 1.7:1. The age of the youngest case was 11 months old and the eldest one was 13 years old, most of them in the age rang of 2-7 years , accounted for 70.37%. The vaccination history of 48 case was either unclear or blank, accounted for 88.89%. Conclusion The prevalent season for encephalitis B in Yunfu City was from Mayto June and emergent inoculation of live encephalitis B vaccine is effective for control this disease.更多还原
