【摘要】 目的研究康富来牌阿胶乌鸡口服液改善营养性贫血的功效。方法将符合贫血诊断的女性100人随机分为实验组和对照组,并分别给予康富来牌阿胶乌鸡口服液和安慰剂,连续服用40d,在试验前后对受试者进行膳食调查、体格检查和血液生化指标的检测并进行统计学分析。结果实验组的受试者,其血红蛋白的含量由(93.47±9.41)g/L上升到(104.33±10.88)g/L,平均升高了10.86g/L(试验前后配对t检验,P<0.01,实验后与对照组t检验,P<0.01);红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)的含量由(706.87±174.17)μg/L下降为(428.82±146.81)μg/L,血清铁蛋白(SF)的含量由(37.18±69.82)μg/L升高到(39.10±73.34)μg/L(试验前后配对t检验P<0.05);试验组改善营养性贫血的总有效率达78%。结论康富来牌阿胶乌鸡口服液具有改善营养性贫血的保健功能,并对受试者健康无不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of a sanitarian food in treatment of nutritional anemia. Methods 100 women with nutritional anemia were randomly divided into study group and control group, which received a sanitarian food and placebo respectively for 40 days. Diet investigation, physical examination and blood examination of biochemistry were carry on before and after test, then statistic analysis was made. Results The hemoglobin of study group had significant increase by 10.86g/L meanly(P<0.01), which enhanced from (93.47±9.41)g/L to (104.33±10.88)g/L. There were significant differences between study group and control group after treatment(P<0.01). The free erythrocyte protophorphyrin (FEP) in red blood cell had significant decrease(P<0.05), which dropped from (706.87±174.17)μg/L to (428.82±146.81)μg/L, while serum ferritin (SF) had significant increase(P<0.05), which increased from (37.18±69.82)μg/L to (39.10±73.34)μg/L. The total improving rate in study group was 78%. Conclusion This sanitarian food is effective in treatment of nutritional anemia, and it has not serious side effects.更多还原
