【摘要】 目的　分析群体性食物中毒事故应急处理中的心理干预效果。　方法　采用卫生部《食物中毒事故处理办法》、国家标准《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》、《广东省食物中毒事故处理暂行规定》对群体性食物中毒进行现场控制、事故分级,根据《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》(CCMD-3)对群体性食物中毒事故心因性中毒反应排查,并采取相应干预措施。　结果　发现群体性食物中毒事故易发生心因性中毒反应,其相互关系密切。　结论　在现场控制中应排除心因性反应并对不同人群采取心理干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the results of psychological in te rvention of massive food poisoning accidents requiring urgent management. Methods The place of massive food poisoning were controlled an d the accidents graded based on the <Methods for dealing with food poisoning>, the national standard of <The diagnostic standard and general regulations for t echnical management>,<Tentative regulations for dealing with food poisoning in Guangdong Province>,and detailed surveys were made to psychogenic reactions in food poisoning according to <Criterion for classification and diagnosis of psy chonosema in the People’s Republic of China>(CCMD-3),then intervention measures were taken. Results It was observed that psychogenic reaction s would occur in masdive fo od poisoning. Conclusion Thus psychological intervention be ad opted in massive food poisoning.更多还原
