【摘要】 目的　观察三蕊胶囊联合维胺脂维E乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。　方法　将115例寻常痤疮患者随机分为2组,治疗组口服三蕊胶囊50mg,3次/d,同时皮损外用维胺脂维 E乳膏,2 次/d;对照组单独口服三蕊胶囊 50mg,3次/d;两组均用药6周为1疗程。　结果　治疗组治愈率为42.03%,对照组为23.91%,两组治愈率比较差异有显著性(P <0.05),治疗组总有效率为81.16%,对照组为58.69%,两组总有效率比较差异有高度显著性(P <0.01)。　结论　三蕊胶囊联合维胺脂维E乳膏治疗痤疮疗效确切,可增强疗效、缩短起效时间和疗程,提高治愈率,减少复发,不良反应轻微,可供临床参考选用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of viamina te capsule in combination with viaminate and vitamin E cream on patients with vulg aris acne. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with vulgaris acne w ere divided into treatment group orally given viminate capsule 50mg three times per day in combination with external use viaminate and vitamin E cream two times per day for a course of 6 weeks,and control group only orally given viaminate c apsule 50mg three times per day also for a course of 6 weeks. Results The cure rate in the treatment group was 42.03% and t hat of the control group was 23.91%,showing a significant differences between t he two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of viaminate capsule in com bination with viaminate and vitamin E cream on patients with vulgaris acne has b een confirmed and the therapeutic effect and cure rate enhanced, the duration of course and relapse reduced in addition to mild adversary reaction. Thus it can be selected as alternatiue for clinical use.更多还原
