冠心病患者血清TBIL与OX-LDL水平的变化及其相关性
Study on the relationship between total bilirubin and oxidized low density lipoprotein in patients with coronary heart disease
【摘要】 目的 探讨冠心病(Coronary heart disease, CHD)患者血清总胆红素(Total bilirubin, TBIL)与氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein, OX-LDL)水平的变化及其相互关系。 方法 采用氧化酶法和 ELISA(Enzyme-linkedimmunoadsordent assay)法分别检测血清TBIL及血浆OX-LDL水平。 结果 冠心病患者血清TBIL水平显著低于正常对照组(P <0 01),而血浆OX-LDL水平则明显高于正常对照组(P <0 .01);冠心病患者血清TBIL与血浆OX-LDL水平呈显著负相关(r =-0 .59, P <0. 01),而正常对照组这两成分间则无明显相关性(r =-0 .18, P <0. 05)。 结论 冠心病患者血清TBIL水平显著降低而OX-LDL显著升高;冠心病患者血清TBIL抗LDL氧化能力的减弱可能是导致OX-LDL升高的重要原因之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of total biliruin (TBIL) and oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and the relationship in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Total bilirubin is measured by analysis Plasma OX-LDL was measured by double antibody enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay. Results Serum level of TBIL is greatly decreased in patients with CHD as compared with healthy subjects(P<0.01), while plasma level of OX-LDL is markedly increased in patients with CHD as compared with healthy subjects (P<0.01). Serum level of TBIL is inversely correlated with plasma level of OX-LDL in patients with CHD(r =-0.59, P<0.01). There is no difference in serum level of TBIL and plasma level of OX-LDL in healthy subjects. Conclusion TBIL plays roles against LDL oxygenation in CHD and the impairment of anti-oxidate ability of TBIL may be an important factor causing OX-LDL level to be increased in patients with CHD.
