生长调节剂对白玉芒嫁接成活的影响初探
Effects of Different Growth Regulators on Survival Rate of Grafted Mangifera indica L. var. Baiyumang Plants
【摘要】 利用不同浓度的生长调节剂NAA和GA处理白玉芒接穗,观察其嫁接后的成活情况。结果发现,用200mg/L的NAA处理后,嫁接成活率提高到73.3%,并增加枝梢的粗度、长度,叶片和枝梢数量。
【Abstract】 The scions of Mangifera indica L. var. Baiyumang were treated with different concentrations of NAA and GA, and the survival status of grafted plants were observed. The results showed that the survival rate of grafted plants was increased to 73.3% in the treatment of NAA 200 mg/L, and the diameter of shoots, the length of shoots, the number of shoots and the numbers of leaves were all increased.
