【摘要】 目的调查淮南市食用菌螨类的孳生情况。方法从淮南市4个食用菌种植区采集12份食用菌菌种及培养料标本,利用电热分离法从标本中分离出螨类并鉴定螨种。结果5份菌种及4份培养料标本中检出有螨,阳性率为75%。共分离出11种螨,分别为腐食酪螨、食菌嗜木螨、伯氏嗜木螨、蘑菇拟矮螨、普通肉食螨、马六甲肉食螨、害嗜鳞螨、乱跗线螨、速生薄口螨、食粪巨螯螨、滑菌甲螨。结论淮南市食用菌螨类的检出率相当高,不容忽视。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the distribution of mites in edible Fungi in Huainan City. Methods 12 samples of pure cultures of Fungi and culture media from 4 plantations in Huainan city were collected, and mites were separated from these samples by galvanothermy, then were identified subsequently. Results Mites had been found in 5 culture media and 4 kinds of Fungi, the positive rate was 75%. 11 species of mites had been found in 12 samples, including Tyrophagus Putrescentiae, Caloglyphus mycophagus, Caloglyphus berlesei, Pseudopygmephorus agaries, Cheyletus aruditus, Cheyletus malaccensis, Lepidoglyphus destructor, Tarsonemus confuses, Histiostoma feroniarum, Macrocbeias medarius, Scheloribates laevigatus. Conclusion The detected rate of mites in edible Fungi is considerably high, which should be regarded highly.
