焊接及焊后热处理对双相钢组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了焊接及焊后热处理对双相钢板组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,焊接时的高温作用使焊缝和周围的组织发生了变化,分析了几组焊接试样的金相组织。对试样进行显微硬度测量发现,焊缝处的显微硬度值最高,热影响区的硬度有一个最低值。随着临界区淬火温度的上升,硬度值有相应的升高,焊接后的回火热处理使显微硬度值下降,回火温度越高,硬度值下降越多。拉伸试验结果表明,与双相处理相比试样焊接后的Rm、RpO.2以及A值明显下降,焊后回火热处理使Rm和RpO.2值下降,而,γn,A值有所升高。

【Abstract】 The effect of welding and postwelding heat treatment on structure and property of biphase steel sheet has been studied.The experimental results show that the structure in the welding seam and the zone around weld has been changed due to the high temperature from welding.Microstructure of several welded samples was analyzed.Measurement of microhardness on the samples reveals that the maximum microhardness appears in the welding seam,and that there is minimum hardness value in the heat-affected zone.The hardness of the sample will increase with a rise in quenching temperature in the critical range,but will descend when the sample is tempered.The higher the tempering temperature,the more the microhardness will fall.The tensil test indicates that Rm,RpO.2 and A of as-welded biphase steel are obviously lower than those of the steel heat-treated in biphase zone.The postwelding tempering will decrease Rm and RpO.2 but increase γ,n and A.
