【Abstract】 Utilizing the fuzzy mathematics method ,this paper uses the theory of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in determining opportune moment for the implementation of ERP. A system of factors affecting the implementation of ERP was established,as well as a mathematic model by build-up the subordinate function. Through data processing and analysing, we can decide the best opportune moment for the implementation of ERP. It overcome the defects of the traditional decision method and offer a new feasible way.更多还原
