【Abstract】 This article analyses the resource advantage foundation of the export and processing enterprises from the resource ability theory, and discovers that Chinese export and processing enterprises which mainly lie on the workforce and natural resources can not form the lasting competitive advantage. As regards their development strategies, maintaining the low cost way will only lead to abysses, while their resource abilities make the differential strategy unpractical.更多还原
