【Abstract】 There are some defects in the traditional financial indicators that we use to measure the performance on the tobacco distribution company. In order to put the latest theory into practice and further the development of the tobacco distribution company,the paper introduces a new method of assessing the performance--BSC, builds the corresponding evaluation system, then it makes use of the Delphi technique, AHP decision-support model to engender weighted index.更多还原
