【Abstract】 Thirty-nine Han-sheep with small-tail introduced into Ledu County of Qinghai Province were used to measure of serum protein indexes.The results were as follows:The content of serum total protein was 73.10±4.20g/L;the content of serum albumin was 38.61±5.05g/L;the content of serum globulin was 34.69±5.27g/L;in the serum protein fraction(%):the albumin,α-globulin,β-globulin and γ-globulin were 52.90±6.35,10.03±2.92,11.12±2.80 and 25.95±4.77,respectively;the A/G was 1.16±0.29.更多还原
