几种纤维复合材料压力容器的性能对比研究

【摘要】 本文对玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维三种常用的增强材料及其增强的薄壁金属内衬复合材料压力容器进行了对比研究,研究了三种纤维复合材料的特性、不同纤维增强的金属内衬压力容器的设计方法、每种纤维的工艺特性,研制出各种纤维增强的金属内衬压力容器,并进行了试验对比分析。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT In this paper, three kinds of reinforced materials of glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramaid fiber and the pressure vessels with metal liner made with them are compared. The properties of these three kinds of composites, the design method of different fiber reinforced pressure vessels with metal liners, the process properties of each kind of fiber are also studied. The pressure vessels made with different fiber are also tested and compared
