【摘要】 目的了解全喉切除病人对气管造瘘口知识掌握情况以及需求状况,为提高病人掌握造口知识的方法提供依据。方法对60例全喉切除病人进行问卷调查,收集资料进行分析。结果本组病人对造口知识掌握情况中仅有7%病人为非常了解,33%病人为了解,48%病人为部分了解,13%病人为不了解,94%的病人希望或非常希望得到健康指导,且对健康指导方式的需求多种多样。结论应用多种方式相结合的健康指导形式,提高病人对气管造瘘口知识的掌握程度,以满足病人对健康教育的需求,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to find out the knowledge of tracheotomy commanded and demanded circs in all throat excised patients,then we supplied some effective ways to patients who wanted to hold the knowledge of all throat excised.Methods In our test all throat-excised patients were investigated,then we collected and analyzed their data.Results In all the patients only seven percent of patients knew the knowledge completely.Thirty-three percent of patients knew some of the knowledge.Thirteen of them knew nothing about the knowledge.Ninety-four of them wanted to get healthy instruction and the model could be diverse.Conclusions Diversiform healthy instruction can improve patients commanding the knowledge of tracheotomy,so it can satisfy patients demanding of healthy instruction and improving life quality.更多还原
