【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F(TWHF) on experimental sarcoma. Methods The model of S 180 sarcoma-bearing mice was produced and treated with TWHF.The rate of inhibiting sarcoma was observed. Results TWHF could obviously inhibit the sarcoma growth, and the rate of inhibiting tumor was 45.89%. Conclusions TWHF has obvious anti-sarcoma effect of S 180 sarcoma-bearing mice.更多还原
