非小细胞肺癌组织中EGFR和HER2的表达及临床病理学评价
Clinical and pathological significance of expressions of EGFR and HER2 in NSCLC tissue
【摘要】 为探讨非小细胞肺癌(non- small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)和HER2的表达及与NSCLC生物学行为的关系,用免疫组织化学LSAB法对116例NSCLC标本的EGFR和HER2表达进行研究,分析其与临床病理因素的相互关系。结果显示NSCLC组EGFR、HER2 的阳性率为42 .24%和43. 10%,EGFR在鳞癌及腺鳞癌中表达显著高于其他病理类型(鳞癌与腺癌比较,P=0 .001;腺鳞癌与腺癌比较,P=0. 008),HER2表达与病理类型无关,EGFR表达与年龄、性别、T分期及细胞分化程度、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移无关;HER2表达与TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(Ⅰ/Ⅱ期、Ⅰ/Ⅲ期P值为0 .039和0 .035,N0/N1+N2+N3 组、N0/N2 组、N0/N3 组P值依次为0 .003、0 .007和0 .010),与年龄、性别、T分期及细胞分化程度无关。初步研究结果提示,EGFR和HER2 在NSCLC中均存在过度表达, HER2 表达对NSCLC临床病理学评价有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The objective was to study the the clinical and pathological significance of the expressions of EGFR and HER2 in NSCLC tissue. The expressions of EGFR and HER2 in NSCLC tissue of 116 patients suffering from NSCLC were assayed by means of the immunohistochemistry LSAB method, and the relation ship between the expressions and the clinical and pathological factors was analysed. Results suggest the positive expression rates of EGFR, HER2 were 42.24% and 43.10% respectively. EGFR expression among squamous cancer and adenosquamous cancer was higher than that in the other pathological types of NSCLC (squamous cancer vs adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous cancer vs adenocarcinoma, P=0.001,0.008). Expression of HER2 was no corelation with pathological types, age, sex, T stage and differenentiation, and was correlation with TNM stages and metastasis of lymphical nodes (Ⅰ vs Ⅱ,Ⅰ vs Ⅲ P=0.039 and 0.035,N 0 vs N 1+N 2+N 3, N 0 vs N 2, N 0 vs N 3, P=0.003, 0.007 and 0.010). EGFR expression was correlation with age,sex, the differenentiation of cancer cells, TNM stages and metastasis of lymphical nodes. In conclusion, EGFR and HER2 have excessive expression in NSCLC. HER2 expression has important clinical and pathological significance in NSCLC.
