【摘要】 目的:探讨住院期间实施自杀的肿瘤患者的临床和心理特点,分析其自杀的可能成因。方法:收集我科2003年4月1日~2004年6月30日住院治疗期间实施自杀4例患者的一般临床资料,调查其心理状况以及自杀可能相关因素,其中抑郁程度使用汉密尔顿抑郁分级量表进行调查,对患者发生自杀的可能成因进行回顾性分析。结果:4例患者皆为晚期肿瘤并伴有疼痛和功能障碍且性格内向,自杀前皆有不同程度的精神抑郁和经济窘迫,严重缺乏家庭社会关爱。结论:晚期肿瘤患者的疼痛和功能障碍、精神抑郁、缺乏家庭社会关爱、经济窘迫可能是促成患者自杀的主要成因。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explorer the possible causes of suicide and clinical and psychological characteristics of cancer patients. METHODS:The clinical data, psychology characteristics and the relative factors of resulting in suicide of 4 patients with advanced cancer irradiated in Anhui Tumor Hospital from April 1 2003 to June 30 2004 were collected. The depression of patients was evaluated with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. The possible causes of committing suicide were analyzed retrospectively basing on the results of clinical and psychological investigation. RESULTS: Pain and declining physical function result from advanced cancer, diffidence character, severe depressive disorder, lacking of regardfulness from family and society and economic predicament were found in all 4 patients. CONCLUSION: Pain and declining physical function result from advanced cancer, diffidence character, depressive disorder, lacking of regardfulness from family and society and economic predicament may be the important causes of committing suicide of cancer patients.更多还原
