IGF-Ⅱ基因表达与结直肠腺癌浸润转移的关系

【摘要】 目的:探讨IGFⅡmRNA的表达与结直肠腺癌浸润转移的关系。方法:采用原位分子杂交方法检测48例结直肠腺癌组织中IGFⅡmRNA的表达,以10例正常结直肠组织作为对照。多媒体图文分析系统定量肿瘤阳性细胞率。结果:IGFⅡmRNA在结直肠癌中表达显著高于正常组织,P=00071;Duke′s分期C、D期癌表达显著高于AB期癌,P=00002。结论:IGFⅡ在结直肠癌中存在广泛的表达,IGFⅡmRNA的表达与结直肠癌的转移密切相关;IGFⅡ基因有望成为结直肠癌治疗新的靶点。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the relationship between the expression of IGF-ⅡmRNA and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinomas.METHODS: Forty-eight paraffin embedded samples from colorectal adenocarcinomas were selected.Ten normal colorectal tissues were selected as control. IGF-ⅡmRNA was detected in situ hybridization. The positive cell ratio of cancers was calculated by computer.RESULTS: The expression of IGF-ⅡmRNA was significantly higher in colorectal adenocarcinomas than in normal colorectal tissues,P=0.007 1. The expression in Stage C and D cancers was significantly higher than that in Stage A and B cancers,P=0.000 2.CONCLUSIONS: IGF-Ⅱ is widely expressed in colorectal carcinomas and the overexpression of IGF-ⅡmRNA is associated with the presence of metastasis of colorectal cancer. IGF-Ⅱ gene may be a new target for colorectal adenocarcinomas therapies. Chin J Cancer Prev Treat,2004,12(2):120-122
