【摘要】 目的研究胰岛素抵抗(IR)与勃起功能障碍(ED)之间的关系。方法对36例ED患者及23例正常对照组用放射免疫法检测空腹胰岛素(FINS)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)含量,用硝酸还原酶法测定血清一氧化氮(NO),葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血糖(FPG),胰岛素抵抗采用稳态模式评估法(HOMA)。结果EO患者与正常对照组相比,FINS、E2、FPG、HOMA显著增高(P<0.05～0.01),而T、NO浓度明显减低(P<0.01)。FINS与E2、FPG、HOMA呈显著正相关(P<0.01),而与T、NO呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素抵抗是引起ED的一个重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the replationship between Insulin resistance（IR） and Erectile Dysfunction（ED）.Methods Fasting insulin（FINS）,testoterone（T） and estradiol（E₂） by radio-immunoassay,Serum nitic Oxide（NO） by nitrate reductase assay,fasting Plasma glucose（FPG） by glucoseoxidase method in 36 ED patients and 23 normol control groups.Homestasis Model assesment（HOMA） was applied assess the stutas of IR. Results:The concentration of FINS,E₂, FPG and HOMA in the ED patients were obviously than in the control groups（p<0.05～0.01）.The concentration of serum NO and T in the ED patients were obviously lower than in the control groups（P<0.01）.FINS lever had significant positive correlation with E₂,FPG and HOM（p<0.01）,but it had significant negative correlation with NO and T.Conclasion IR is an important factor of ED.更多还原
