基于轴流压气机级空间的流型设计

【摘要】 由于轴流压气机传统的设计方法不完善,使得基于此种方法设计的机组效率低下。现在由于流体力学和空气动力学的发展,以及人们对叶轮机械内部流动规律的认识在实践中得到了验证,在此基础上,研究的是基于轴流压气机级空间的流型设计,对不同流型设计的方法和特点进行了简要分析,并对等环量方法进行了Matlab仿真与分析。

【Abstract】 Because the traditional design method of axial flow air compressor was not perfect, it made the assembly work at low efficiency. Now due to the development of fluid mechanics and aerodynamics, as well as the recognizing to flowing regularity of inner turbine is verified in the fact, these are the bases of this paper. The research of this paper is the flow pattern design based on the stage space of axial flow air compressor. In this paper the methods and features of different flow designs are simply analyzed. The equal loop quantity method is simulated by Matlab and analyzed also.
