【摘要】 目的:探讨肺癌患者开胸术后发生肺栓塞的相关因素与护理。方法:对1238例肺癌切除术患者术后加强心理护理,指导早期活动,分析其发生肺栓塞的高危因素,并采取预防措施,及时发现并处理肺栓塞。结果:本组术后发生肺栓塞8例,占0.64%,死亡1例。结论:肺癌患者术后发生肺栓塞有较高的病死率,积极预防并加强护理可减少肺栓塞的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the related factors to cause of postoperative pulmonary embolism of patients with lung cancer and nursing care.Methods: Psycho-nursing and early exercise were postoperatively adopted to 1238 patients who were operated on lung cancer and analysis of high risk factors to cause pulmonary embolism were made.The appropriate prevention was taken according to the analysis so as to find the embolism in time and treat it.Results: Postoperative pulmonary embolism occurred in 8 cases(0.64%),one died.Conclusion: The fatality rate is high when pulmonary embolism occurs after the operation of lung cancer.Positive prevention and strengthened nursing care can reduce the occurrence of postoperative pulmonary embolism.更多还原
