【摘要】 目的:探讨带血管蒂上斜方肌皮瓣即刻整复颊癌术后颊部缺损的手术配合方法。方法:对10例采用带血管蒂的上斜方肌皮瓣即刻修复颊癌术后颊部缺损手术病例进行回顾性分析,总结其手术配合方法及要点。结果:患者术后肌皮瓣全部成活,咀嚼功能正常,面部外形好。结论:带血管蒂上斜方肌皮瓣即刻整复颊癌术后缺损术是一种可靠的面部缺损整复手术,良好的手术配合是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the cooperation in the simultaneous repair of cheek by skin flap with vessel pedicle of superior oblique muscle under the operation on cancer of buccal mucosa. Methods: The summery of cooperative methods were made based on the retrospective study on 10 cases receiving simultaneous repair of cheek by skin flap with vessel pedicle of superior oblique muscle under the operation on cancer of buccal mucosa. Results: All skin flaps grew and chewing function of patients restored. Face looks nice. Conclusion: The simultaneous repair of cheek by skin flap with vessel pedicle of superior oblique muscle under the operation on cancer of buccal mucosa is one of reliable cosmetic operation and well cooperation can ensure the success of the repair.更多还原
