【摘要】 目的:探讨较为理想的稀便失控护理方法。方法:按住院顺序随机将40例稀便失禁患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组采用大口径硅胶管引流法护理,并对两组结果进行比较、分析,数据均经统计学处理。结果:两组在肛周皮肤I、II度的损害存在显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组无1例发生Ⅲ度肛周皮肤损害,且污染被服、皮肤的次数,并发症发生率以及所需护理操作处理、药物、材料的费用与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:大口径硅胶管引流法护理稀便失禁患者不仅能减少护理工作量和降低护理难度,而且可降低并发症发生率,提高患者舒适度,改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study ideal nursing methods of incontinence of loose stool. Methods: 40 patients with incontinence of loose stool were randomly divided into control group and test group in the sequence of hospitalization. The routine nursing care was given in the control group and drainage with large caliber elastic catheter was adopted in the test group. The data was processed and results were compared and analyzed. Results: The significant difference was found in the I° and II° injure of perianal skin (P<0.05), and no III° injure occurred in the test group. The significant difference (P<0.01) also existed in the comparison between the two groups of contamination times of skin, bedding and clothing, occurrence of complication and expenses of drugs and treatment. Conclusion: Drainage with large caliber elastic catheter can not only reduce the intensity and difficulty of nursing care but decrease the occurrence of complications and improve patient’s life quality.更多还原
