妊娠合并心脏病61例围产期护理
Perinatal care of 61 pregnant women with pregnancy associated with heart diseases.
【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠合并心脏病患者围产期护理方法。方法对61例妊娠合并心脏病患者加强产前监护,产时和术后护理,密切观察生命体征,以防心衰发生。结果患者均安全渡过围产期,61例新生儿除1例死亡外,其余均平安出院。结论加强心脏病孕妇围产期护理,是确保母婴安全的有效方法。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing approaches in perinatal period of pregnant womman with pregnancy associated with heart diseases. Methods: Prenatal monitoring, in-delivery and puerperal nursing care was focused in order to prevent from heart failure. Results: All 60 pregnant women passed perinatal period safely and newborns except one survived. Conclusion: Nursing enhancement in perinatal period is one of the most effective methods to ensure the safety of pregnant woman with heart diseases and survival of newborns.
