【摘要】 目的:探讨急性非淋巴细胞白血病M3型患者合并DIC的护理体会。方法:对156例ANLL-M3合并DIC患者实施一系列心理护理及临床护理措施,观察其效果。结果:151例平稳渡过DIC期,完全缓解出院,5例死亡。结论:加强早期临床观察,做好心理护理,加强抗凝监测,预防感染,能够降低DIC致死率,提高长期生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectve:To explore nursing of acute nonlymphobastic leukemia M₃ combined with DIC.Methods:Psychological care and clinical nursing were given to 156 ANLL-M₃ with DIC Patients.Results:151 patients survived and reached complete remission after intensive care,5 cases died of massive bleeding and infection.Conclusion:Early and careful clinical observation,well psychological care,monitoring of anti-coagulations,prevention of infection can cut down the mortality of ANLL-M₃ combined with DIC.更多还原
