【摘要】 目的:探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜手术系统在腹腔镜手术中应用的配合方法。方法:应用AESOP3000+HERMES智能机器人手术系统行腹腔镜胆囊切除术30例,腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗2例,肾囊肿开窗1例。结果:本组33例手术均顺利完成,无术中中转手术,对患者未造成疾病本身手术风险外的附加危险。结论:AESOP3000+HERMES机器人系统,可提供稳定、高清晰的图像,减轻术者疲劳,使手术更安全,具有广阔的应用前景。护理人员应熟悉操作程序,按规范做好术前准备、术中配合并加强设备的术后管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the cooperative skill of assisted robot device AESOP3000+HERMES in laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Cholecystectomy was performed on 30 patients by laparoscopic surgery with the assistance of assisted robot device AESOP3000+HERMES,extirpation for hepatic cyst with laparoscope on 2 patients and for renal cyst on 1 patient. Results: All 33 patients were operated successfully, without any celiotomy in the laparoscopic surgery. Conclusion: Assisted robot device AESOP3000+HERMES can provide stable and high distinct image and relieve surgeon’s fatigue so as to increase the safety of the operation. Nursers are required to familiarize the procedure and rules of the laparoscopic surgery to make sure the preoperative preparation, in-operative cooperation and postoperative maintenance of equipment are well arranged in order.更多还原
