【摘要】 目的:探讨肝切除术后肠内营养时鼻肠管的临床应用及护理。方法:对51例使用F locare130 cm鼻肠管的患者进行针对性护理,观察病情和营养状况,预防不良反应。结果:除1例外均配合完成营养计划,耐受性好,未发生严重并发症。结论:肝切除术后的肠内营养有十分重要的临床意义,而良好细致的管道护理是成功实施肠内营养的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of nasal-intestinal tube when enteral nutrition was given to the patients with hepatectomy.Methods: Focused nursing care was applied to 51 patients who used Flocare 130cm nasal-intestinal tube,and patient’s nutrition state was observed.Results: The nutrition plan was accomplished in all patients except one and no complication occurred.Conclusion: It has clinical significance to give patients postoperative enteral nutrition after hepatectomy.The careful nursing of tube can ensure the success of operation and supply of nutrition.更多还原
