【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育对儿童哮喘治疗效果影响。方法:将哮喘专科门诊及住院治疗的患儿按随机同期配对原则分为实验组和对照组各77例。实验组实施健康教育加常规护理,对照组实施常规护理。对比两组的临床疗效。结果:健康教育组无1例发生因哮喘急诊或住院,临床总有效率98.7%。大部分患儿及家属对治疗依从性和哮喘知识掌握情况有显著改善和提高。结论:健康教育可使患儿及家属主动与医务人员合作,进行自我护理,提高其治疗依从性和疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of health education on the effectiveness in the treatment of child asthma. Methods: 77 patients both in OPD and IPD were randomly divided into test group and control group. Routine nursing with health education was given to the test group and single routine nursing to the control group. The effective outcome was compared between the two groups. Results: No emergency and hospitalization case was found due to the attack of asthma in the test group. The clinical effective rate was 98.7% . Most of sick children and family members got more knowledge of asthma and comply with doctor’s prescription through health education. Conclusion: Health education is helpful for the positive cooperation of the sick children and family members and for increasing effective outcome.更多还原
