【摘要】 目的:总结白内障超声乳化术后并发症的护理经验。方法:白内障超声乳化术后常见的并发症有角膜水肿、术后继发青光眼、术后暂时性高眼压、人工晶体夹持、葡萄膜炎性反应、前房纤维素性渗出等,加强了术后并发症的观察并采取正确的护理措施。结果:为2020例患者行白内障超声乳化术,术后315例出现并发症,经治疗护理出院时并发症全部治愈。结论:加强观察,采取正确得当的护理措施是预防术后并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss experiences in nursing the postoperative complication of phaco+IOL. Methods: Enhanced observation and corrective nursing were taken on basis of finding complications of phaco+IOL such as secondary glaucoma, temporary hyper-intraocular pressure, inflammatory reaction of uvea, fibrous exudation in anterior chamber, etc. Results: Complications occurred in 315 patients among 2020 patients who received phaco+IOL, and all 315 patients with complications were cured thanks to corrective treatment and nursing. Conclusion: Nursing should be focused on attentive observation and proper measures.更多还原
