【摘要】 目的:探讨非体外循环(Off-pump)冠状动脉旁路手术(CABG)后心肺功能维护措施。方法:动态监护心率、血压、血常规、血生化、心肌酶、血液动力学、血氧饱和度,规范化呼吸管理、体疗。结果:17例患者CABG术后顺利度过围手术期,康复出院。结论:调整氧的供需平衡,维护心肺功能,防治心律失常,预防再发心肌梗塞是保证非体外循环冠状动脉旁路手术(CABG)后护理成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the approaches in maintenance of cardio-pulmonary function after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: Dynamic observation was adopted for heart rate, blood pressure, routine blood and biochemical tests results, hemodynamic change, oxygen saturation of blood, standard management of respiratory and physical therapy. Results: All 17 patients with CABG were discharged after rehabilitation through safe perioperative course. Conclusion: Balanced oxygen supply, maintenance of cardio-pulmonary function, prevention of arrhythmia and reoccurrence of myocardial infarction are most important in postoperative nursing care for the patients with CABG.更多还原
