【摘要】 目的:探讨静脉采血引起患者不良反应发生的原因及相应的护理干预措施。方法:随机将3218例静脉采血患者分为两组,对照组按常规采血的操作进行,干预组静脉采血前由主管护师对低年资护士做技术指导同时向患者讲解静脉采血的注意事项。结果:干预组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预能明显减少静脉采血不良反应的发生,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the adverse reaction caused by venous blood collection and to find effective prevention. Methods: To divide 3218 cases into two groups at random. The control group were given routine blood collection, interference group given venous blood collection. For the interference group, a senior nurse gave junior nurses and patients some instruction and direction respectively. Results: the incidence of adverse reaction in interference group is evidently less than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: nursing interference can apparently reduce adverse reaction in venous blood collection and improve nursing satisfaction.更多还原
