【摘要】 目的:总结不伤肌肉腋下纵行小切口入胸治疗肺大疱的护理。方法:对22例患者行不伤肌肉的腋下小切口治疗肺大疱。结果:22例患者手术过程顺利,术后1～3d拔引流管,5～7d痊愈出院,无并发症发生。结论:不伤肌肉腋下小切口治疗肺大疱,具有切口小、损伤肌肉少、创伤轻、出血少、恢复快、费用低等特点,具临床推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To sum up experience in nursing on treatment of bullae of lung by subaxillary longitudinal minor incision with no injury to muscle. Methods: 22 cases of patients were given treatment of bullae of lung by subaxillary minor incision with no injury to muscle. Results: The operations on the patients were smooth, drainage-tubes were removed 1～3d after operation, the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital 5～7d, with no complications. Conclusion: Treatment of bullae of lung by subaxillary minor incision with no injury to muscle have the following characteristics of minor incision, no injury to muscle, light trauma, little bleeding, fast recovery and low expenses and is of value for expanded application.更多还原
