【摘要】 目的:探讨Orem自理理论在内科脑出血患者整体护理中的应用。方法:随机将患者分为2组,对照组110例患者为整体护理组,观察组110例在实施整体护理基础上应用Orem自理理论评估患者的自理能力,采用不同的护理系统及健康教育,让患者及家属共同参与护理。对两组的护理并发症及后遗症进行比较。结果:两组并发症与后遗症的发生率有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:将Orem自理理论用于内科脑出血住院患者的整体护理中,可显著降低并发症和后遗症,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into the application of Orem’s theory of taking care of oneself in the total nursing of cerebral hemorrhage patients. Method : Patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group (110 cases) were given total nursing. The observation group (110 cases ) were given Orem’s theory. Compared nursing complication and sequelae among the two groups . Result: The incidence of complication and sequelae of two groups have significant difference (P<0.01 ). Conclusion: Application of Orem theory’s in the total nursing of cerebral hemorrhage patients can lower the complication and sequelae notably and improve the quality of surviving.更多还原
