【摘要】 目的探讨奥美拉唑对十二指肠溃疡(DU)患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法采用流式细胞术检测十二指肠溃疡患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果治疗前42例DU患儿与对照组比较CD3+、CD8+间差别无显著性意义(P>0·05),CD4+、CD4+/CD8+与对照组间差别有显著性意义(P<0·01、P<0·05);治疗后治疗组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值较治疗前显著降低(P<0·01),与对照组间差别无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论奥美拉唑能恢复儿童DU异常的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Omeprozole on T-lymphocyte subsets in children with duodenal ulcer.Methods T-lymphocyte subsets with duodenal ulcer（DU）were measured by flow cytometry.Results The number of CD⁺₄ positive cells and the ratio of CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ in T-lymphocyte subsets of 42 children with DU was significantly higher than that in 28 control children（P<0.01,P<0.05）,but there were no differences in the number of CD⁺₃,CD⁺₈ positive cells of these children between two groups（P>0.05）;after the triple therapy with Omeprozole,clarithromycin and metronidazole,the number of CD⁺₄ positive cells and the ratio of CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ were decreased and significantly lower than that before the treatment in children with DU,but there was no significant difference between two groups after the treatment（P>0.05）.Conclusion Omeprozole can recover the abnormal cell immune function of the children with DU.更多还原
