【摘要】 目的研究适合浙江省实际情况的社区护理人才培养模式。方法通过调查社区护理现状,建立社区护理实践基地,组织教师参与社区护理实践,组建全省社区护理师资队伍,争取政策支持,对社区护理人才的培养内容、培养方式和实施方法等进行研究。结果培养了一批社区护理师资队伍,编写出版了社区护理岗位培训教材,形成了较好的社区护士培养模式。结论全省组建网络,由卫生厅、各地卫生局领导直接领导,分级管理,挂靠单位具体负责,全省统一招生、统一培训、统一考核管理的模式是目前较好的社区护士培养模式,为社区护理教育体系建立和完善打下良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the cultivating model of the community nursing talents which is suitable for the actual condition of Zhejiang province.Methods We investigated the current situation of community nursing,set up the community nursing practice base,organized teachers to participate in community nursing practice,established the faculty team of community nursing training in Zhejiang Province,strived for the support of the policy and researched the cultivation content and training ways for community nursing talents and so on.Result We cultivated a group of better faculty for community nursing training,edited training books and established a model of community nurses on-job training.Conclusion Setting up the training organization network led by the local health bureau,and managing the recruitment,examination and training in a unified way in the whole province is a good model for community nursing talents cultivation.It laid a good foundation for the education system of community nursing to be established and improved.更多还原
