【摘要】 目的探讨诊断反流性咽喉炎的方法。方法分析50例慢性反流性咽喉炎患者实验性治疗前、后症状、喉镜和内窥镜检查结果的改变情况,明确诊断。结果50例患者实验性治疗后临床症状基本消失;咽部、杓间区及食管等处充血明显减轻。综合分析后确诊。结论综合分析临床症状、喉镜和内窥镜检查以及实验性治疗结果有助于确诊反流性咽喉炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic method of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD).Methods 50 patients with LPRD were treated with empiric treatment.The information was recorded about the symptoms,the finding of laryngoscope and endoscope before and after the treatment in order to diagnosis.Results After the empiric treatment,the symptoms disappeared in essence;erythema of pharynx,arytenoid medial wall and esophagus abated obviously in all 50 cases.Conclusion The combination of the symptoms,findings of laryngoscope and endoscope,and empiric treatment are a effective diagnostic method to the patients with LPRD.更多还原
