【摘要】 目的了解深圳市社区常住老年人慢性病现状及卫生服务需求。方法在深圳市抽取3个区的60岁以上常住社区老年人进行问卷调查。结果社区老年人文化程度较低,普遍存在不良的生活方式,老年人对卫生健康知识需求较为迫切,半数以上老年人就诊以附近社区健康服务中心为主。主要的慢性病为高血压和冠心病,约1/3的老年人需要上门医疗服务。结论应加强对深圳特区社区健康服务中心的建设,对老年人大力倡导健康的生活方式,以预防慢性病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the chronic diseases situation and health service needs of senior people in Shenzhen city.Methods Senior people in three areas of Shengzhen city were tested by questionnaires.Results Senior people had lower education level and bad life style generally,and they had stronger need to health knowledge.When they were sick,more than fifty percent of them went to see a doctor in Community-based health service station (CHSS).The major chronic diseases are hypertension and coronary heart disease.About one third of the senior people need family′s health service.Conclusion The construction of CHSS should be strengthened and perfected.The healthy life style of senior people should be promoted widely to prevent chronic diseases such as hypertension from happening.更多还原
