【摘要】 目的了解医护人员在临床工作中应用医学心理学知识的情况。方法采用填写无记名调查表的方式,对2000名医护人员进行了调查。结果有75.4%的医护人员经常或偶尔应用心理学知识,有25.6%的医护人员在临床工作中基本不用心理学知识。结论医学心理学在临床上的应用较为普遍,但整体应用处于较低水平,有1/4的医护人员在观念上仍受旧的医学模式的影响。因此,应进一步更新观念,建立一套科学可行的临床心理工作的考评体系和标准,有的放矢地改进医学心理学的教学内容和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of medical psychology knowledge applied by medical staff in clinics.Methods With the method of filling in the questionnaires without names,2000 clinical medical staff were investigated.Results Psychological knowledge and techniques were often or occasionally used by 75 4% of medical staff in their clinical practice.25 6% never applied the psychology knowledge during the therapeutic procedure.Conclusion Although the medical psychology has been widely used in the clinics,the generalized application in routine clinics is still in a developing stage in China due to the influence of the traditional medical education mode.Therefore,it′s necessary to refresh the modern medicine concept and establish a new set of scientifically practical clinical psychological reviewing system and standard,it is advisable and useful to improve and reform the educational substances and methods in medical psychological teachings with a definite object in view.更多还原
