【摘要】 目的　观察中药灌肠对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法　95例糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期、Ⅴ期患者被随机分成两组,治疗组 49例, 对照组 46例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予中药灌肠治疗, 对照组采用常规卡托普利和百令胶囊治疗,观察期间每月检测 1次尿蛋白定量、肾功能及空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯, 治疗前、后测糖化血红蛋白, 严格控制血压和血糖在正常范围。结果　随访治疗半年, 治疗组尿蛋白量明显下降, 血肌酐降低 (P<0. 05 ),甘油三酯改善。对照组治疗前、后无显著性差异。结论　中药灌肠治疗糖尿病晚期肾病疗效肯定, 有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine enema on patients with late diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Ninety-five type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with late diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group (46 cases)and treatment group (49 cases).Besides common therapies,treatment group were treated with Chinese natural herbs enema.The quantities of urinary protein,BUN,Cr,FBG,P2HBG,CH and TG were tested monthly during the treatment.Results The levels of urinary protein and Cr in treatment group were significantly decreased in contrast to those of control group (P<0 05) after three-month treatment.Conclusion Chinese natural herbs enema can postpone late DN.更多还原
